Akita maintains top spot, Kochi and Osaka fall further in academic ability ranking

Akita is on top and Osaka and Kochi are slumping once again, according to the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, following the announcement of the results of the National Assessment of Academic Ability.

Oita Education Board to sack 21 teachers over recruitment scandal
